Artwork Requirements - DRAFT
If you’re submitting your logo or design for use on your custom sign, banner, decal, magnetic sign or other project, please follow the following guidelines.
Ideally, the “Upload” tab on our “Customize” window should be used. You’ll then be prompted to select the file to upload from your computer. The “Customize” button can be found at the bottom of the page, after selecting the type of sign, banner, decal or magnetic sign you’ll be working with.
In some cases, the image may be too large to be uploaded easily or there may be some other issues involved that prevent you from uploading your file directly to us. In this case, please use this list as a guide for acceptable media for sending artwork to us:
Both Mac and PC formats of most popular graphics applications are supported. We can accept artwork generated in many different applications, but ideally the following guidelines should be followed:

(Raster) artwork is ideal for custom printed decals or for a complex logo, graphic or photograph to be included on your project. Please keep the as high as possible, a minimum of 100ppi at 100% scaling is recommended. For many applications, only artwork will be acceptable:

You’re also welcome to send us a printed copy of your artwork! We’ll send you an estimate of any scanning and/or artwork clean up charges before proceeding with your project. This is a one-time charge; your artwork will be kept on file for use on any future projects. Please visit our page for our mailing address. If sending any media or printed artwork to us by mail, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc., please be sure to include a return envelope and postage. Any items sent to us without return shipping will be kept on file for a period of no longer than 60 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
